What is the return policy?
We take pride in the craftsmanship of our pieces, and we want you to love them as much as we do. Our return policy applies exclusively to purchases made through online and returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, each item must remain in its original, pristine condition, with the packaging and tags, carefully intact.
Every return will undergo a final quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards before your request is approved.
Kindly note that items not meeting these requirements cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila Only)
For same-day delivery requests, customers will shoulder the courier fee and must arrange pick-up through their preferred third-party service. Once the item has been handed over, AT Co. is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage during transit.
Same-day delivery is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, excluding weekends and holidays. To request, please send your confirmed order number via direct message to our official Instagram @atco.ph

Bank Deposit / Bank Transfer – details provided at checkout.
GCash
All payments must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP). For bank deposits, please use your order number as reference when completing the payment.
How to Track My Package
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details.
For standard shipping, you may track directly with our courier partner using the tracking number provided.
For same-day delivery (Metro Manila), tracking will depend on the third-party courier booked by the client.
